We provide advice and assistance with investigations of discrimination and harassment, perform legal compliance audits of clients’ human resources functions, create and review personnel policies and handbooks to address clients’ business needs, and implement customized supervisory and non-supervisory training programs on the prevention of litigation with respect to employment issues. We also draft employment contracts, severance policies and separation agreements.

When disputes cannot be avoided, we represent clients at trial in state and federal courts and in appellate proceedings, as well as in arbitrations, mediations, and administrative hearings before state and federal anti-discrimination agencies and unemployment compensation tribunals.
